Mr. Killen has more than 20 years experience as a consultant to leading private, public and not-for-profit and sector organizations around the globe. His corporate experience encompasses finance, healthcare, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, service and telecommunications industries. Damian harnesses his understanding of personality types to explore the best ways of: dealing with conflict, coping with change, leading others, creating high performing teams, setting strategies that people willingly commit to and fostering innovation.

Mr. Ammirati is a serial entrepreneur turned venture capitalist. He started and sold three software and media startups over a dozen years, including LinkedIn’s first acquisition mSpoke where he was CEO & Co-Founder. Currently, he is a partner at Birchmere Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm with offices in Pittsburgh, Pa. and Palo Alto, Calif. Mr. Ammirati teaches entrepreneurship at the Tepper School of Business and Heinz College at Carnegie Mellon University.

Mr. Musante has more than 25 years of experience in organizational culture and leadership development, marketing and business intelligence. He specializes in innovation culture design, product development and performance measurement. In 1991, he founded Echo Strategies, a business consultancy with an innovative edge that links research, technology, and coaching. Mr. Musante is a lecturer on marketing at Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh.
