Accelerate Leadership Center Activities include:
Communication Coaching
Communication Coaching is available throughout the year for MBA, MSCF, and PhD students. This skilled assistance extends in-class learning for out-of-class application in real world situations and covers presentation, interpersonal, and writing needs.
Manager Ready℠ Assessment
Accelerate's MBA Leadership Program includes a behavioral assessment that evaluates leadership proficiency through real-time scenarios in nine key areas. Because of its significance and potential for individual growth, this assessment is mandatory for all MBA students.
Manager Ready℠ Feedback Workshop
Once MBA students have completed their Manager Ready Assessments, they will receive a detailed personalized report of their leadership competencies and in the workshop will learn how to interpret the outcomes.
Leadership Essentials
In this optional Manager Ready℠ followup workshop, students will explore the foundational elements of effective leadership.
Leadership Coaching
Students work one-on-one with a trained expert to hone their leadership skills.
Leadership Immersion Workshop
Developed and led by the Carnegie Bosch Institute, this workshop will introduce and reinforce core intercultural teamwork skills and awareness.
Additional Targeted Workshops
These specialized workshops focus on additional leadership and communication skills sets that serve students well in their internships and future careers.
Leadership Development Certification
Students have the opportunity to earn a leadership development certificate upon the fulfillment of their personal development plan.
