Leadership Development Certification

Students have an opportunity to graduate from the Tepper School MBA program with a certificate in leadership development. In order to achieve certification, students must:

• Create a leadership development plan.
• Enact the plan.
• Meet with communication and leadership coaches throughout the program.
• Participate in workshops.
• Submit evidence of the completed plan.
• Receive approval for certification.
