In an effort to support the various constituents of the Office of Alumni Relations, most notably our vast alumni community, we've created the following forms to simplify our collaboration.
Alumni Contact Reports - for tracking chapter events and events sponsored by our colleagues where the Office of Alumni Relations is not present. It is important that we track our alumni involvement across multiple dimensions (i.e. admissions, recruiting, speaker engagements) so that we can steward their volunteerism appropriately. Students should use this form to report on events where no member of the Tepper School Alumni Relations staff is present.
Request for Event Support for Alumni Relations - for student clubs, colleagues, and alumni volunteers requesting budgetary, logistical or personnel support for events that incorporate our alumni community or where alumni attendance is desired. We ask that all requests for support be submitted at least two weeks prior to the anticipated date of the request.
Updated Alumni Contact Information - for internal colleagues and fellow alumni who are aware of updated contact information for a classmate, contact or colleague, this helps maintain the integrity of our alumni database
