Report a Problem
If you are having a computing problem, please report it to us so we can correct it.
If you're having a problem during help desk hours, please feel free to stop by Room 12 or give us a call at (412) 268-5881. Otherwise you can send us an e-mail.
When reporting a problem, please be sure to include the following information:
- Where the problem is located. Please include which room and what equipment is not working.
- What software or hardware were you using when the problem occurred.
- Any error messages that popped up when the problem occurred.
- What you was doing when the problem occurred.
- How much time it took for the problem to occur and if it is a repeat problem.
- Please try to be as specific as possible. The more information we have, the better we can diagnose and fix the problem.
After you have all the information, please stop by Room 12, call (412) 268-5881, or send us an email.
