The Marketing and Communications Department provides graphic design services to faculty, staff, and students including: logo designs, brochures, promotional materials, document mastheads, and logo placement designs for merchandise.
In order to enhance the planning, design and monitoring of projects, a design request and tracking system is the channel for requesting design support. This online design request service serves as the school's "air traffic control" for managing the flow of design projects and is available at www.tepper.cmu.edu/designrequest.
The site is password protected and will require your Andrew i.d. Among the features that have been built to support employees is the project(s) status to identify a project in queue or underway. On average, the Tepper School's Graphic Design Services team manages between 20 - 30 active, concurrent projects, and the new web online system will serve as the sole entry point for requesting project support, after which a team member will be in touch to meet to discuss your the project specs and deadline. A minimum of four weeks advance notice is requested for a project's delivery, depending upon the scope of the project. Please note that Work Processing continues to provide design support to Tepper School faculty, and the new design request web site does not encompass projects currently managed by this department.
