The MSCF program is housed in the Tepper School of Business, which provides MSCF students with access to career resources through the Tepper School Career Opportunities Center (COC). With representatives at both our New York and Pittsburgh campuses, the COC is dedicated not only to bringing recruiters and students together but in helping students craft good resumes, develop valuable interviewing and networking skills, and evaluate offers and career decisions.
MSCF graduates work almost exclusively in the financial services industry. Careers vary, but usually involve trading, product structuring, quantitative portfolio management, financial analytics and risk management. Recruiter interest in our program is broad and deep. Our students’ impressive employment record attests to the high regard global financial services firms have for the education we provide. Over the last five years, 98%-100% of our full-time students obtained summer internships and 85%-90% accepted full-time positions within three months of graduation.
We appreciate your interest in our students. The MSCF program works closely with the Tepper School’s Career Opportunities Center (COC) in meeting your hiring needs. Please see the MSCF Recruiter Guide for access to the resume database, posting jobs and planning recruiting visits.
