Manager Ready Feedback Workshop

Once first-year MBA students have completed their Manager Ready Assessments, each will receive a detailed report of their leadership competencies.

Students will then attend a half-day required workshop where they'll receive guidance in interpreting their Manager Ready℠ assessment reports, discuss their findings with peers, and understand next steps for developing their leadership action plans.

Students will attend this workshop in Mini 2 of their first year and will receive information regarding time, place, and preparation requirements.

Because of its significance and potential for individual growth, this assessment is mandatory for all first year MBA students. All first-year MBA students will be assessed during Experience Week #1 and will receive information regarding time, place, and technology requirements.
