Campus Involvement

In recent years, CBI has significantly increased its on-campus involvement, consistent with the Institute’s mission of developing globally-minded business leaders. In academic year 2011-12, a leadership workshop for a select group of MBA students was piloted in close collaboration with Dr. Laurie Weingart. The success of that pilot led to the inclusion of the MBA Leadership Immersion Workshop for the full incoming MBA class. Each March, more than 200 future business leaders will learn how to be more effective as a leader and member of diverse teams in a global business context.

The Carnegie Bosch Institute's annual case competition provides participants with an internationally-focused challenge. In September 2013, students competed for a monetary prize and complementary registrations for the Institute’s programs. To support the international management curriculum, the Carnegie Bosch Institute financially sponsors a trip to Germany and Eastern Europe each year for 35 Tepper students.
