Villeneuve Speaks Of Disruptive Instinct

Amy Villeneuve believes in her gut instinct, and it’s led to her current position as President and Chief Operating Officer of Kiva Systems, an innovative startup acquired last year by Amazon.com. Villeneuve recently shared her “disruptive” story with Tepper School of Business students as part of the W.L Mellon Speaker series.

May 18 to May 19 Carnegie Mellon University Commencement Carnegie Mellon University's commencement weekend consists of a variety of special events to celebrate our graduates.


May 19 - 2 to 4 p.m. Undergraduate Business and Economics Diploma Ceremonies Diploma Ceremonies for Undergraduate Business and Undergraduate Economics students will be held at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall in Oakland.


Jun 03 MBA Round 5 Application Deadline This is admissions application deadline is reserved for FlexTime and FlexMBA candidates only.


Aug 23 - 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. New Faculty & Ph.D. Student Orientation During this half-day orientation, incoming Ph.D. students receive important program information and meet returning Ph.D. students and faculty during a lunch reception.


Aug 29 - 3 to 8 p.m. Ph.D. Student & Faculty Annual Picnic All Ph.D students, tenure-track, tenured faculty and their families are invited to attend the annual picnic and traditional student vs. faculty soccer match in Schenley Park.
