Students work one-to-one with a trained expert to hone their leadership skill sets. Many will continue to develop what they began in their Manager Ready℠ feedback sessions.
This planning also maximizes leadership lessons and the kinds of collaboration students will have with managers and mentors during their summer internships.
Students have the opportunity to meet with a leadership coach to review the results of the Manager Ready℠ assessment. During this session, the student and coach will identify areas of strength and areas for development. The student will then create an action plan that will include opportunities for practice and application.

"Organizations often assume that when you're good technically, you'll automatically be a good leader. In reality, these can be very different skills. Why assume that new leaders have to learn through trial and error? At Tepper, we prepare students with skills often overlooked in leadership... things like how to provide effective feedback or provide coaching, and this is exciting." - Leadership Development Coach, Laura Maxwell
