The Organizational Leadership Club, in collaboration with the Carnegie Bosch Institute, is proud to organize the annual OLC-CBI Organizational Behavior Case Competition with a focus on conflict management on a global level. The past case competitions focused on managing interpersonal relationships in global teams. This is a great opportunity for Tepper School students take advantage of and also an event that can challenge and push you to new horizons. Take advantage of this unique opportunity and sign up when notifications are distributed during basecamp.

Information:
- 10 teams will be randomly selected to participate from a list of groups that submit intent to participate.
- The competition is open to all 1st year full-time and 1st year flex-time students. Each team must have five (5) 1st year students.
- A 2nd year student will be assigned to each team to serve as a coach and mentor for the competition.
- The top three teams are awarded prizes (prizes to be determined at a later date).
- All teams will receive a gift for participating.
