Current Project

The mission of this year’s SCIO-CMU project is to develop a strategic plan for the Merger and Acquisition of a chain of health care organizations, and set up a concurrent health foundation for Golden Palm Investments Ghana Limited.

Key Components

The strategy developed by SCIO-CMU will have the following key components:

• Initial assessment of the existing health care units under Golden Palm Investments Ghana Limited
• Initial assessment of the health care organization to be acquired and identification of health units of interest
• Financial plan and strategy for merger and acquisition of selected units
• Plan for development of foundation for supporting health care activities
