Interviews and Campus Visits

We encourage all prospective students to explore our program, campus environment and student lifestyle by visiting. Campus visitors are welcome Mondays through Thursdays, when classes are in session. Campus visits include:

• Class visits
• Tours of campus
• Meetings with students
• Information sessions/Campus Tours with a member of our admissions staff and a current student

• Fall: September 10th - December 3rd, 2012
• Spring: January 22nd, 2013 - April 15th, 2013

Additionally, prospective FlexTime students are welcome to arrange an evening class visit. We offer monthly FlexTime Info Sessions on Saturday mornings (10am - 12pm) and evening class visits Mondays through Thursdays throughout the year. Interview Policy

Before making your interview request, please read our suggestions regarding who should request an on-campus interview. Interviews may be requested on-campus starting September 10th until November 26th, 2012. We try to accommodate as many on-campus interview requests as possible, but unfortunately, cannot guarantee every visitor an interview appointment. To request an on-campus interview before November 26th, please fax a copy of your resume and your GMAT score (if you have taken the test) to 412-268-4209. The fax should also include the date of your visit and your contact information. Please note: interview requests can be accommodated only on-campus.

After November 26th, all admissions interviews are granted by invitation only, based on our review of your submitted MBA Application. Please note that interview invitations may be extended at any time after you submit your application, up until the date that your admission decision is released.

If you are invited for an interview, you may arrange an on-campus, off-campus or telephone interview with a member of our admissions team. Please note that our admission committee prefers an on-campus interview, if possible.
