Former JPMorgan Chase CFO Kicks Off the W.L. Mellon Speaker Series
On October 29, 2009, Former JPMorgan Chase Chief Financial Officer Dina Dublon (MSIA 1979) spoke to a packed room of Tepper School MBA students as part of the school's W.L. Mellon Speakers Series.

During her address, Dublon, a Carnegie Mellon Trustee, shared insights from her prestigious career with JPMorgan. She also covered a wide-range of topics from her experiences as a board member with several corporate and civic organizations (including Accenture, Microsoft, and PerpsiCo), to her views on the financial crisis, ethics, and leadership.

Corporations Sponsor Highly Successful Admissions Diversity Events

On October 22-25, 2009, 75 prospective female and minority students attended the Tepper School’s Women and the MBA and Connections admissions events. Highlights of the weekend included a keynote address by the Executive Director of the Forte Foundation, Elissa Ellis Sangster, for the Women and the MBA participants and a "How to be a Star MBA" workshop presented by Tepper School Professor Robert Kelley for both groups. The prospective students also had the opportunity to interview, attend class, participate in a case study exercise, and interact with current students, alumni, staff, and faculty.

Many thanks to our current and past corporate sponsors: Alcoa, Deutsche Bank, Eaton, Giant Eagle, PPG, and Union Pacific.
