The Accelerate Leadership Program
The Accelerate Leadership Program offers assessment, feedback, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for Tepper MBA students.
As a graduation requirement, all students participate in an assessment, feedback workshop, and immersive leadership development workshop that serve as the program's foundation. This provides each graduating class with a shared and personalized experience.
In addition, students have access to one-on-one communication coaching and leadership coaching and specialized training workshops throughout the MBA program.
Students are encouraged to propose and enact a personal leadership development plan during their time at Tepper. Those who fulfill their plan earn program completion certification and recognition at graduation.
Accelerate programming is available to both Full-Time and FlexTime MBA students. Please review the Full-Time and FlexTime curriculum overview diagrams to learn more about how Accelerate is integrated into the MBA curriculum.
