About TREC

The Tepper Real Estate Club (TREC) at Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of business supports students considering or pursuing a career in real estate. TREC helps its members build knowledge about the real estate industry and foster relationships between alumni and real estate professionals. Our leadership and membership represent a wide array of interests including real estate development and management, finance, and community development. The prominence of Pittsburgh in the Green Building & LEED movements also makes Tepper an outstanding place to pursue interests in sustainable design and development.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Tepper Real Estate Club is to serve full-time and flex-time Tepper students who are interested in learning more about the real estate industry or are pursuing a career in the field. The club organizes site tours, guest lectures, industry and alumni panels, seminars and networking events with real estate professionals.
