Dave Giebenhain,VP of FinanceDave Giebenhain is one of SCIO’s finance officers, co-managing with Dave Lishego the club’s funds and fundraising activities. Dave is pursuing an MBA at the Tepper School of Business, transitioning from an engineering background to a career in management consulting. Dave Lishego, VP of FinanceDave has a bachelor’s degree in physics and five years of research and technical consulting experience prior to business school. Presently, he is a second-year MBA student at the Tepper School of Business and will collaborate with Dave Giebenhain to manage the SCIO’s financial and fundraising activities. Dave’s experience with SCIO in 2011-2012 and subsequent visit to Bogota, Colombia inspired him to join the Board and become more closely involved with the 2012-2013 project.

Sandeep Reddy Mannangi, VP of Client RelationsSandeep Reddy Munnangi is a Public Policy and Management student at Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College. Originally from India, Sandeep holds a bachelor’s degree from Indian Institute of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Before joining CMU he worked as a Consultant in Government Services and Advisory Practices at Ernst & Young for three years. Sandeep has experience working with central and state governments and donors in India, Nepal and Maldives and his interests are technology for development and governance and financial management reforms. This summer Sandeep will be working in Ghana, Africa to develop sustainable environmental practices for a university campus. Anlan Cai, VP of OperationsAnlan Cai is pursuing a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management at the Heinz College of Carnegie Mellon University. Originally from China, she graduated from Fudan University, Shanghai, with a B.A. in History. During her first year in Heinz, she did an internship in the City of Pittsburgh, Department of City Planning. During the summer, she is going to be a consultant for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Cook Islands. Next semester, she will be a teaching assistant for the Strategic Presentation Skills class at Heinz, and a research assistant for Professor Alessandro Acquisti for Facebook privacy issues.

Tushar Bansal, VP of MarketingTushar Bansal is a graduate student in Information Systems Management (MISM) at Heinz College, Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to Carnegie Mellon, he worked with Infosys Technologies in the field of IT consulting. Apart from his professional experience, he has been actively involved in many social ventures in the past that includes founding a non-profit organization named ‘Drishti - Vision to Reality’ which aimed at spreading awareness about various social issues such as child illiteracy.
