(Offered by the Carnegie Bosch Institute)
International and multicultural environments, as well as change and complexity in business create ample opportunities for misunderstandings and poor communication. Both have negative effects on people and businesses. How do we successfully navigate this cultural and organizational complexity? The two key tools to help better manage these challenges are cross-cultural management and change management. This seminar helps participants better understand how to manage intercultural differences amid change and works specifically on the levels of managing multicultural teams and the communication among them.
