Leadership as a Daily Challenge: An Integrated Approach

Managers who have successfully completed a leadership assignment and aspire to higher roles in their company will benefit from this week-long executive forum. Leading faculty from Carnegie Mellon University will address topics including negotiation skill building, star performance, change management, and leadership using informal networks. Participants will have the opportunity to evaluate, practice and improve their personal leadership skills by applying new techniques and strategies in group work.
