Tepper Graphic Standards
The goal of having graphic standards is to provide practical guidelines for communicating and extending the school’s brand. It is important that the Tepper community understands and implements the guidelines, so that everyone who comes into contact with the Tepper brand – from prospective students in other countries to corporate recruiters who hire our graduates – has one common experience.
There are a core set of fundamental guidelines to which Tepper faculty, staff and students must adhere. The guidelines are aimed at protecting correct usage as well as consistent representation of the Tepper School of Business logo and affiliated school/department references.

The Tepper School Graphic Standards Manual contains recommendations for ensuring continuity within the following internal and external communications:
- Logo: The Tepper School of Business logo is comprised of different graphic elements that represent the school’s trademark or a brand. The effect of a logo is generally immediate recognition, in that it is unique among other logos. A logo assists an organization in supporting and displaying basic color, design, consistency and form principles.
- Stationery System: Office supplies, such as letterhead, envelopes, business cards, notepads, note paper, office supplies, etc., should complement one another as part of an overall system that represents the logo.
- Marketing/Promotional Collateral: Most often taking the form of direct mail and Tepper School of Business publications, collateral is a generic term referring to brochures, advertising, reprints, magazines, flyers, self-mailers, post cards, promotional material, viewbooks, etc.
