Carol Basciotta, Masters Admissions Interview Coordinator Carol Basciotta joined the Masters Admissions Office in 2005. She has been with Carnegie Mellon since 1988, having worked in the Bookstore as the Assistant General Book Buyer. Carol's responsibilities include greeting all visitors to the Admissions Department and scheduling all visits to campus as well as admissions interviews. |

Krystal Brooks, Associate Director of Masters Admissions Krystal Brooks joined the Masters Admissions Team in June 2005. In her role as associate director, Krystal takes a lead role in marketing and outreach initiatives. Throughout her tenure in admissions, she has worked closely with both MBA and MSCF applicants throughout the admissions process. Krystal holds a dual BA in Finance and Music from Lycoming College and MA in Student Affairs and Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She still enjoys music and has been a member of several choirs in and around Pittsburgh. |

Annie Dolan, Associate Director of Masters Admissions Annie Dolan joined the Masters Admissions Team in July of 2007. In her current role as an Associate Director, Annie works with interested MBA and MSCF prospective students throughout the application process. She also leads the military outreach and recruiting initiatives, the credential verification process for all entering MBA and MSCF students, as well as plans the on campus Admissions events. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Lycoming College and a Master of Arts in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She enjoys cooking and baking, and her homemade strawberry jam is a favorite of the Admissions team! |

James Frick, Director of Masters Admissions James Frick joined the Tepper Admissions team as an Associate Director in 2003. James assists in all phases of the admissions process, and also takes lead roles in recruiting initiatives. James has worked at the Tepper School since 1998. Before joining the Admissions team, he served as the Associate Director of MBA programs. He holds a BA from the University of Pittsburgh, an MA from Radford University, and is currently (ever so slowly) pursuing his doctorate in higher education administration from the University of Pittsburgh. He welcomes advice on training overly-active dogs. |

Jackie Jones, Assistant Director of Masters Admissions Jackie Jones joined the Masters Admissions Team in November of 2012. In her current role as an Assistant Director, Jackie assists with our marketing and outreach initiatives. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University and a Master of Science in Education from Indiana University, Bloomington. Jackie enjoys running marathons, rowing in the summer with a local crew team, and many other outdoor activities in the Pittsburgh region. |

Dana Lovas, Masters Admissions Coordinator Dana Lovas joined the admissions team in 1987. She has held a variety of positions over the years and her current responsibilities include processing and tracking applications through each stage of the process and providing information to our applicants. Dana is also responsible for the coordination of foreign student I-20’s by processing the pertinent forms and working with the Office of International Education to ensure that our foreign students receive their I-20’s in a timely fashion. Dana's experience in admissions makes her a valuable asset to our office and to our applicants. She is able to answer most questions you may have regarding the application process. |

Monique Moreland, Associate Director of Masters Admissions Monique C. Moreland has worked at the Tepper School of Business since May 2003. She has held positions in both the Masters Admissions and the Masters Student Services departments. While working in Masters Admissions, her role has included assisting prospective students with all aspects of the MBA admissions process, as well as working closely with Alumni Relations. Her 4 1/2 years spent in the Tepper Student Services Department, has included being an academic advisor to both the Full-time and FlexTime student populations, along with being the Student Services club advisor to 10 of the 30 student clubs. Monique holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, along with a Masters in Business Administration. |

Kelly Ogiba, Assistant Director of Masters Admissions Kelly Ogiba joined the Masters Admissions Team in February of 2012. In her role as assistant director, Kelly works with interested MBA students as they move throughout their application process. She looks forward to answering any questions from candidates as they take this important step toward their future. Kelly also works closely with women's recruitment initiatives, and the Forté Foundation. She holds a Bachelors degree in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from St. John Fisher College and a Master of Arts in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Kelly enjoys exploring Pittsburgh’s running trails, yoga, and reading. |

Michelle Roch, Graduate Assistant of Masters Admissions Michelle Roch joined the Master Admissions team in June of 2011 as a Graduate Assistant. In her role as the Graduate Assistant, Michelle supports all aspects of the Admissions process. Michelle graduated from John Carroll University with a Bachelors degree in History. She is currently working toward her Masters in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. |

Alesha Simpson, Masters Admissions Coordinator Alesha Simpson joined the Masters Admissions Team in September of 2006. Alesha is responsible for processing and tracking MSCF applications through each stage of the process, providing information to our applicants, and scheduling interviews and visits for the Computational Finance Program. She also processes the Consortium applications and helps with the MBA process as needed. |

Gwen Stanczak, Director of Masters Admissions Gwen Stanczak joined the Masters Admissions team in June 2003. Gwen has been with Carnegie Mellon University since 2000, having held positions in Enrollment Services as well as the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Programs in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Gwen holds a dual BA in Psychology and Spanish from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and a Master in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon. Gwen takes a lead role in admissions operations and is available to discuss all aspects of the application process with prospective MBA and MSCF students. She is an avid reader and enjoys cooking all types of cuisine. |

Kelly R. Wilson, Executive Director of Masters Admissions Kelly Wilson joined the Masters Admissions Team in August of 2012. In her role as Executive Director, she brings over 13 years of admissions and recruiting experience to the Tepper School. Prior to her experience in Higher Education, Kelly worked as an account executive for Johnson & Higgins of Washington, DC Inc and as a strategic change consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kelly holds a BA in Psychology from Grove City College, an MBA from George Mason University and an MS-MIS degree from University of Pittsburgh. Kelly has traveled to over 30 countries and loves to learn about new cultures. One tip Kelly offers is that much can be learned about a different society by visiting the neighborhood grocery store, which she does each time she arrives in a new place. |
