Executive Women's Council of Pittsburgh At Tepper School

National awarding winning exective Yvonne Campos is scheduled to speak at a networking event Wednesday, March 28, at the Tepper School of Business for graduate women business and policy students. The networking event with the Executive Women's Council of Pittsburgh is set for 5:30 to 7 p.m., in the Grand Room, 3rd Floor in the Tepper School. It is open to women attending the Tepper School and Heinz School for Public Policy and Management.

Ms. Campos was recently selected from more than 400 nominees as one of 12 national award recipients from Enterprising Women's Magazine. Her award celebrates the nation's best women business people and recognizes not only their achievements but also their influence among high-growth businesses. Equally, she was recognized for giving back by mentoring other women in business.

Ms. Campos is President of Campos Inc, a full-service market research company in Pittsburgh . She is the founder of the Women Presidents' Organization's Pittsburgh Chapter and for the past five years has facilitated a group of 20 women presidents whose companies earn $1 million to $15 million in annual revenues. She is widely recognized for business skills in running her own company for the past 20 years, as well as for her ongoing learning experiences in national business groups, her outstanding expertise in group facilitation, and her commitment to helping other women in business. Yvonne is a longtime member of the Executive Women's Council.

In addition to the networking, members of the Executive Women's Council's will be discussing their initiatives to achieve both fair representation on government boards and to increase representation of women on corporate boards as well as high-level not-for-profit boards.
