One-to-One Coaching

Students who participate in the Accelerate Leadership Center program have an opportunity to meet one-on-one with center leaders for leadership and communication coaching.

Leadership Coaching

Students can work 1-to-1 with professional coaches who have experience advising a diverse range of clientele in the business world, from front-line managers to C-Suite executives, as well as entrepreneurs and consultants. These sessions offer students an opportunity to hone their leadership skill sets.

Students participating in the leadership development certification program work with coaches to create an individualized action plan. This plan focuses on the student’s personal goals and objectives as related to their MBA experience and future career.
