Carnegie Bosch Institute's integration of academic, executive and corporate training models has been a proven success with executives for more than 25 years.
All Carnegie Bosch Institute programs provide:

Most CBI programs are open enrollment with a target audience of mid- to senior-level executives from industries and companies around the world.
On request, the Institute applies the expertise in its core training areas to the design and delivery of custom programs. Recent custom programs have included two-day programs for management trainees of Bosch in Michigan and a five-day program for Bosch executives in Pittsburgh.

This intensive four-week program significantly enhances the strategic
thinking and leadership skills of international managers and executives
on their critical path from being leaders of teams to leading teams of
teams and further on to leading the organization.

This program integrates four innovative leadership concepts into five days, enabling leaders to develop a solid base of skills to more effectively manage dynamic organizations and interpersonal challenges.

Leading Innovation: Creating a Dynamic Organization
This three-day program helps participants deal with the challenges of creating a culture that fosters innovation. Participants will acquire a deeper understanding of the processes, methods, and tools of lean innovative thinking and how it ties to innovation strategy.
