Crossing the Creative Divide
Leading innovation requires an understanding of design thinking methods. This module introduces design thinking methods and techniques to foster innovation in business practices. Using empathetic research methods, quick sketching, and visual storytelling, you will be introduced to designerly ways of understanding market opportunities, collaborating to bridge disciplinary boundaries, and generating innovative product/service concepts. You will learn how to add creativity into your working processes through active hands-on exercises in this fast-paced, participatory module.
