Managing Generational Diversity

Are you concerned about working effectively with, and possibly leading, people 10, 20, or even 40 years older than you, or working with colleagues who are much younger? During this highly participative session, participants will gain insight into the five generations (silent, boomer, X, Y, Z) currently in the workforce and confront stereotypes for each by exploring their unique experiences, strengths, and perceptions. Participants will learn how harnessing common ground and unique work habits can be beneficial when working across generations. The session will also address how the inaccurate use of stereotypes leads to misguided assumptions and potentially damaging decisions.
