Course Description

Organizations must change to remain competitive, yet employees are often slow to accept change.  In this course, students will develop strategies for understanding, identifying, and clarifying the reasons for this and develop communication strategies to earn support.  Responding to cases, students will produce communication (written and oral) designed to build acceptance of change.  Additionally, students will develop a strategic communication plan to ensure change efforts are successful.  This course will be of value to those who plan to enter either managerial or consulting roles.   (4/13)
