The purpose of this course is to develop your ability to use evidence-based human resource practices. It is designed to help you learn how to tap the ever-growing body of research evidence regarding human resource decisions in organizations and to make well-informed decisions regarding the recruiting, performance management, training, and career development of workforce members.
