Evaluative interviews are by invitation only following submission of your application.

If you are invited for an interview, you may arrange an on-campus, Skype or telephone interview with a member of our admissions team. Please note that our admissions committee prefers an on-campus interview, if possible. All interviews are conducted by Tepper School admissions team staff members.

The admissions team conducts behavioral interviews. The behavioral interview technique is used to review a candidate’s specific experiences and behaviors in order to predict his or her potential for future success. We are particularly interested in learning about candidates' skills and perspectives on teamwork, leadership, global views, and intellectual curiosity. To prepare, we suggest reflecting on and clarifying your short-term goal as well as your transition plan. Think about specific questions related to how you might advance toward your future goals and identify specific examples where you have worked in a team, led a team, were challenged, succeeded or learned something new.
