Yushan He graduated with distinction from Central University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematical Economics and Finance in 2015. She participated in several undergraduate research projects. One, in particular, was based on the Principal-Agent theory where she designed the best regulatory contract of municipal bonds’ issuing scale between the central and local governments. For more exposure to the real market, she interned with a commercial bank in China in the Risk Management Department and later with Sealand Securities in its Investment Banking Division. Yushan joined the MSCF program to expand her quantitative skills, which will help her in the financial services industry. Upon completion of the program, she is seeking a career in quantitative research or risk management.
