Kelin Li graduated from the University of Maryland - College Park with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. During his undergraduate study, the topics of probability along with additional exposure to finance and programming triggered his passion in quantitative finance. He interned at Barclays as a summer analyst in the decision science team, where he participated in developing risk models for retail lending businesses. Prior to joining the MSCF program, Kelin worked as a research analyst at Auction.com where he created investment analytics products related to commercial real estate asset class for external clients. Kelin was further motivated by his work experience to build stronger quantitative skills and to pursue a career in asset management upon graduation.
