Ruoting Wang earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics of Finance with highest distinction in three and a half years from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. His undergraduate concentration in mathematical finance offered an exclusively designed package of courses including probability theory, theoretical statistics, numerical methods, financial mathematics and stochastic calculus. The undergraduate experience fueled his interest in quantitative finance and thoroughly prepared him for further studies in the field. Ruoting joined the MSCF program to sharpen his skills and gain a comprehensive market view. Upon graduation, he is looking to discover a career path in risk management or quantitative research.
