Xiaoyang (Vincent) Wu graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor's degree in banking and international finance. His study of financial mathematics and statistics at University College of London, and his financial internships, triggered his passion in quantitative finance. After graduation, he worked for one year as a programmer and research assistant at Shanghai Key Laboratory of Financial Information Technology, where he launched and finished the High-Frequency Database Project. Also, he developed four successful trading strategies based on different assumptions and theories. Xiaoyang joined the MSCF program to acquire further knowledge of quantitative finance. He seeks a career in quantitative trading, strategies or research.
