Student taking Undergraduate Economics courses benefit from Carnegie Mellon’s collaborative and interdisciplinary environment. Undergraduate Economics courses are taught by Carnegie Mellon economists representing the Tepper School of Business, College of Humanities and Social Sciences, and the Heinz School of Public Policy and Management.

In addition to their research pursuits, faculty teaching in the Undergraduate Economic Program pursue excellence in the classroom. Faculty are committed to providing students with an environment in which knowledge is disseminated and intellectual risks are encouraged.
