MBA Admissions Diversity Partners

We treat diversity as more than a slogan. Our commitment to recruit high-potential, talented MBA candidates is supported by our long-standing relationships with nationally-recognized diversity advocates.

The Tepper School is among only five of the top 20 business schools that partners with all of the leading MBA diversity organizations.

Our Diversity Partners

The Consortium

The Consortium: Elevating U.S. Underrepresented Minorities in Business Education

The Tepper School is one of only 19 business schools partnering with The Consortium, an organization that enhances diversity throughout management education. Consortium members can apply to up to six MBA programs through just one application, saving time and expenses associated with the admissions process. Consortium members admitted to the Tepper School are considered for a full-tuition, merit-based fellowship.

The Forte Foundation

The Forté Foundation: Because Women Belong in Business

Partnering with only 50 business schools, Forté benefits women by providing professional development, networking opportunities and merit-based fellowships, like the Tepper School Forté Scholarship. Forté’s pre-MBA prep program — MBA Launch — is a 10-month program that pairs women seeking an MBA with a support network and roadmap for navigating the MBA application process.
